Management
Founder & President
Mr. Hill draws on more than 20 years of experience as a Director of Business Development, Senior Manager, and Vice President, providing business development and capture management services for MRJ Technology Solutions, Veridian Corporation, General Dynamics, Perot Systems Corporation, STG Inc., and Sotera Defense Solutions Inc. His experience includes developing capture strategies for information technology design, implementation, and sustainment programs; intelligence, information, and cybersecurity operations; strategic planning; pipeline development; customer marketing; teaming relationships; competitive analysis; and technical solution consulting.
He holds a Master’s Degree in the Administration of Criminal Justice and is certified in ITIL Version 3 at the Foundation level. He also earned a Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. He currently maintains an active Top Secret security clearance. Mr. Hill retired from the U.S. Government after 27 years of distinguished service in Federal Law Enforcement. He is a former Marine, having served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, 2nd Battalion, 24th Regiment.
